Idaho: Retiring Magistrate Judge Larry R. Duff can rest assured that his successor has been found in advance of his June 30 retirement. The commission of magistrates of the Fifth Judicial District has chosen Rick L. Bollar to serve in Minidoka County. Bollar currently serves as a magistrate in Cassia County.
Like all magistrates appointed in Idaho, Bollar will serve an 18 month probationary period before standing for retention. [1]
