James Duggan

James E. Duggan is an associate justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He was appointed to this position by Gov. Shaheen after the retirement of Associate Justice Sherman Horton and he took office in January of 2001. He is a Democrat.[1]

Biography

Justice Duggan is a graduate of Georgetown University and Georgetown Law Center.[1]

Legal career

Justice James Duggan

Justice Duggan worked as the Director of New Hampshire's Appellate Defender Program. He taught at the Franklin Pierce Law Center from 1977 until he joined the Supreme Court in 2001.[1]
