James F. Shiely is a municipal judge for the Pierce County Municipal Court in Wisconsin.[1] Buffalo, Crawford, Iowa, Grant, La Crosse, Jackson, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Richland, Tempealeau, and Vernon County make up the 7th Judicial District. He was up for re-election in 2010 and was re-elected.[2]
