James J. Rowe is a judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, comprised of Greenbrier and Pocahontas Counties in West Virginia.[1]
2012 election
Rowe ran for a seat on the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. He was one of six candidates to participate in the Democratic primary on May 8. He was defeated with 20% of the vote. [2] [3]
