James Markham Marshall

James Markham Marshall was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was nominated by President John Adams on February 28, 1801. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 3, 1801, and received commission that same day. He resigned on November 16, 1803.
