James N. Fox is the judge elect for the St. Joseph County Probate Court in Indiana. He was elected on November 6, 2012, effective in January of 2013, and his current term expires in 2018.[1]
Education
Fox received his Bachelors from DePaul University in Chicago. He received his JD from Valparaiso University School of Law.[2]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, Fox worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the Elkhart County Prosecutor's Office.[2]
2012 election
James N. Fox ran against Andre B. Gammage in the 2012 election.[3] The election was initially too close to call, but eventually went in Fox's favor. The race was close, with Fox receiving 51% of the vote to Gammage's 49%; Fox won by approximately 2,090 votes.[1]
