James P. Arguelles is a judge on the Superior Court of Sacramento County in California. He was appointed in October 2010 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to succeed Thomas M. Cecil. [1]
2012 election
Arguelles ran for re-election to the Superior Court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Arguelles was automatically re-elected.[2]
