Biography
Judge Casebolt earned his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs in 1972, where he was on the Academic Honor Council and played varsity football & baseball. Judge Casebolt earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder in 1975.[1]
