Jarod K. Hofacket was a 2012 judicial candidate for the New Mexico Sixth Judicial District Court. He temporarily served on the Sixth Judicial District as a replacement for Gary M. Jeffreys.[1]

Hofacket was unsuccessful in the race for the Sixth Judicial District. He defeated fellow Republican candidate Cynthia J. Patterson in the June 5, 2012 primary, receiving 56.7% of the vote.[2] In the November 6th general election he was defeated by Jennifer Ellen DeLaney, receiving only 44.22% of the vote.[3]
