Jeremiah Neterer

Jeremiah Neterer (1862-1943) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

He received a recess appointment from President Woodrow Wilson on March 4, 1913 to fill the seat vacated by Clinton Woodbury Howard. On July 2, 1913, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 21st, and received commission that same day. He assumed senior status on May 31, 1933 and continued to serve until his death on February 2, 1943.
