John C. Cooper is a judge of the Second Circuit Court of Florida. He was elected to this position in 2002 and took office the following year. He replaced retired Judge F. E. Steinmeyer III. In 2008, Cooper was re-elected to a term that ends on January 5, 2015.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Cooper received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Florida State University. He was admitted to the bar in 1975.[5]
