John D. Galluzzo is a Seminole County judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by then-Governor Jeb Bush on August 10, 2006. He took office on Oct. 3 and replaced retired Judge Gene Stephenson. In 2008, Galluzzo was re-elected to a term that ends on January 5, 2015.[1][2][3][4][5]

Education

Galluzzo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1982.[2][6]

Career

Galluzzo is a former Assistant State Attorney in Seminole County. He then worked as a private practice criminal defense attorney until he was appointed to the Circuit Court in 2006.[2][3]
