John G. Davies (1929-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Davies was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on April 22, 1986, to a seat vacated by Cynthia Holcomb Hall; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 6, 1986, and received commission on June 9, 1986. He served the Central District of California until his retirement on July 18, 1998. Davies was succeeded in this position by John Walter.
