John Marvin Jones (1886-1976) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Jones was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. He was commissioned on April 10, 1940. He was commissioned as chief justice on July 10, 1947, after an appointment by Harry Truman. He assumed senior status on July 14, 1964, and served in that capacity until his death on March 4, 1976.[1]
