John Milton Killits (1858-1938) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

He was nominated by President William Howard Taft on June 21, 1910. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 24th, and received commission that same day. On October 6, 1928, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on September 13, 1938. [1]
