Background
John Trimble is an Attorney at Lewis Wagner LLP in Downtown Indianapolis. Trimble is an attorney practicing in by catastrophic and complex litigation in the State and Federal Courts. Trimble has done cases in insurance coverage disputes, bad faith defense, lawyer and insurance agent malpractice, business litigation, and catastrophic damages caused by all types of casualty risks, including transportation, construction, product liability, fires, and governmental liability.
Judicial Nominating Commission
Trimble was appointed by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels to serve on the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission beginning January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2010 as a laywer member covering the Indianapolis/Central Indiana Region.
Personal
Trimble briefly attended The Citadel in Charleston, SC and graduated with a B.A. in English from Hanover College in Hanover, IN, in 1977. Trimble recieved his juris doctorate degree in 1981 from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Trimble was the executive editor of the Indiana Law Review from 1980 to 1981.
