Joseph W. Howard is the chief judge on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two. [1] He was appointed to the Court in 1997, and retained in 2000, 2006, and 2012.[2][3][4] His current six-year term on the court ends in 2018.
Education
Judge Howard received his Bachelor's in Business Administration, Arizona State University 1972 and earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University, College of Law, 1976. [1]
Career
Prior to joining the Court, Judge Howard was engaged in the general practice of law, primarily in Casa Grande, since 1976. [1]
