Joy Cossich Lobrano is a judge on the 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, 2nd District, Division A, in Louisiana. She was elected in 2010 to a term which expires in 2020.[1] Lobrano replaced retired judge Michael Kirby.[2]
Education
Lobrano received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her J.D. from Loyola University.[3]
Career
Prior to her election to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, Lobrana was a District Court judge for the 25th Judicial District, Louisiana.[2]

Lobrano defeated Amos J. Cormier III in the October election, receiving 64% of the vote. [4][5]
