Judge Philip Pallenberg sets trial date for man accused of beating 2-year-old girl

Juneau, Alaska: Judge Philip Pallenberg has set a trial date of March 7 for Nicholas Kokotovich III who was arrested June 11 and charged in connection with the May 13 beating of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter.
Kokotovich will face two charges of first-degree assault in connection with the beating of a 2-year-old girl.
The girl was flown to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The mother has recently checked out of the hospital with her daughter, who is said to be making a slow recovery. [1]
