Judith Nelsen Keep (1944-2004) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Keep was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on May 9, 1980, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; she was confirmed by the Senate on June 26, 1980, and received commission on June 30, 1980. From 1991-1998, she served as the chief judge. She served the Southern District of California until her death on September 14, 2004. Keep was succeeded in this position by Janis Sammartino.
