Julian E. Collins is a judge of the Third Circuit Court of Florida. He has served in this position since December of 1999. He will face a retention election in 2014, as his current term ends in January of 2015. He served as Chief Judge of this court from July of 2003 to June of 2007.[1][2][3]

Education

Collins received his B.A. degree from Florida State University in 1965, his M.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1978.[1]

Career

Collins worked as a County Court judge from January of 1989 until he joined the Circuit Court in December of 1999.[1]
