Julie A. Palmer was elected judge of the Circuit 1 court in Alabama.

2010 election

Palmer defeated Lee Brannon Powell in the primary election, with 61% of the vote. She competed against Agnes Chappell in the general election, earning 50.06% of the vote compared to Chappell's 49.94%.[1][2][3]
