Katherine Leonard

Katherine Leonard is a judge on the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. She took office on January 30, 2008 and her term ends on January 29, 2018.[1]
Biography
Judge Leonard received her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law.[1]
Legal career
After law school, Judge Leonard worked as a law clerk for Justice Robert J. Klein (ret.). She joined the law firm Carlsmith Ball LLP in 1992. She practiced complex commercial, financial, real estate, environmental, trust and business law litigation and dispute resolution until her appointment to the Court of Appeals in 2008. She was a founding Board Member of the Hawai`i Chapter of the American Judicature Society.[1]
