Kathy A. Morrow is the President Judge of the Perry-Juniata County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1]
Jerry Sandusky case
In 2011, Morrow was temporarily assigned the case of former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky, who was accused of forty counts of child molestation. [2] Morrow presided until the appointed judge, John Cleland, assumed jurisdiction over the case. Morrow was one of four judges to be involved in the case. [3]
