Kea W. Riggs was a part-time federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. She was first appointed to this position on April 13, 2001 and reappointed on December 1, 2008 to another four-year term which ended on April 13, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Judge Riggs graduated from the University of Oklahoma. She was admitted to the Bar in 1990.[3]
