Kenneth D. Post is a judge for the 58th District Court in Michigan.[1] He was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to a 6 year term that will end in 2016.[2] On May 22, 2013, Post began his thirty-day suspension for jailing a lawyer who had asserted his client's Fifth Amendment privileges.[3]
Education
Post received his undergraduate degree from Dordt College and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[4]
