Early life and education

Born in Fort Huachuca, Arizona in 1955 Gale attended Loyola University of New Orleans earning a B.A. in 1977. He went on to earn his law degree in 1980 from Washburn University Law.

Military service

Gale served in the U.S. Army for four years.
