R. Kerry Roach is a part-time federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He has served in this position since 1980.[1]

Biography and Education

Judge Roach was born in 1943. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1965 and his L.L.B. degree from the University of Texas in 1968.[1]

Career

Judge Roach worked for a year in 1968 and 1969 as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Halbert Woodward of the Northern District of Texas. He has worked as a private practice lawyer in Wichita Falls since 1974.[1]
