Kevin M. Bridges is a superior court judge for the 20A Judicial District of the Sixth Division of the Superior Court, serving both Anson and Richmond counties in North Carolina. He was elected to the court in November 2008 for a full eight-year term, which expires in 2016.
Bridges received his undergraduate degree in political science and public policy analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1990.
Before he became a superior court judge, Bridges served as a district court judge for the 20A Judicial District from 1997 to 2008. He has also worked as an attorney in private practice and as a prosecutor in the District Attorney's Office.
