Kevin McCarthy

Kevin Francis McCarthy is a prosecutor in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He ran for a seat on the Pennsylvania Superior Court in 2009, but received only 11.3% of the vote in the November general election. [1]

McCarthy ran for one of four open seats on the Pennsylvania Superior Court in 2009. [2] He received 19.3% of the vote (295,372) in the Republican primary on May 19, 2009 [3] but the general election results are contested, with Anne Lazarus reporting 11.5%, Robert Colville and Templeton Smith at 11.4% and McCarthy at 11.3% of the vote. [4][1] There will be a recount. [5]
