Kirscher appointed to Ninth District Bankruptcy Appellate Panel

Montana: Ralph B. Kirscher, the chief judge of the U.S. bankruptcy court for the District of Montana, was elected to the Ninth Circuit's Bankruptcy Appellate Panel by the Ninth Circuit Judicial Council. He will join the panel in place of the retired Judge Dennis Montali of the Northern District of California, effective May 1, 2010.[1]
