Kurtis G. Fouts is a judge for the Carroll County Superior Court in Indiana. He was appointed to this position by Governor Mitch Daniels in 2010 to replace retiring Judge Jeffrey R. Smith. He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.
