Larry J. Eisenhauer is a judge on the Iowa Court of Appeals. He was appointed to this position in 2001 [1] and was retained by voters in 2002 [2] and 2008. [3] His current term expires in 2014.
Education
Judge Eisenhauer graduated from Emporia State University in 1968. After this, he left to serve in the Army for two years. He then graduated from Drake University Law School in 1974. [1]
Legal career
Judge Eisenhauer began his legal career in 1974 as a private practice attorney. From 1985 to 1993, he served as a juvenile referee. He was appointed a District Court judge in 1994, a position he held until his appointment to the Court of Appeals in 2001.[1]
