Lawrence Warren Pierce (b. 1924) was a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Prior to his time on the Second Circuit, Pierce joined the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York after being nominated by President Richard Nixon on April 26, 1971. He filled a seat vacated by William Herlands, was confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 1971, and received his commission on May 20, 1971. Pierce finished service on November 30, 1981 due to appointment to another judicial position. Pierce was succeeded in this position by Shirley Kram.

Pierce joined the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit after being nominated by President Ronald Reagan on September 8, 1981. He filled a seat vacated by Murray Gurfein, and was confirmed by the Senate on November 18, 1981, received his commission on November 18, 1981. Pierce assumed senior status on January 1, 1990 and his service terminated with his retirement on March 31, 1995. [1]
