Lee County is the only county in the 37th Circuit of Alabama.[1]
The people of Lee County are served by a Circuit Court, District Court, Probate Court and four Municipal Courts.
The United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama has jurisdiction in Lee County. Appeals from the Middle District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
