Lehrmann wins Republican primary for Supreme Court

Texas: Debra Lehrmann emerged victorious over Rick Green in the Republican primary runoff for the Texas Supreme Court on April 13, 2010. The former family judge will advance to the general election, where she will compete against Jim Sharp for the seat of retiring Justice Harriet O'Neill.[1]
