Linda M. Van De Water is a Circuit Court judge for Waukesha County, Wisconsin. [1] She was elected to the court in 2003 and re-elected in 2009. [2]

Court of Appeals bid

Van De Water is running for a seat on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in 2010. [3] The seat is open due to the retirement of Judge Harry Snyder.

Van De Water has spent an estimated $140,000 on her campaign and is reported to have $200,000 in her campaign fund, compared to the $30,000 that opponent Paul Reilly hopes to raise. [2]
