Linda Vanzi

Linda M. Vanzi is a judge on the New Mexico Court of Appeals. She was appointed to this position by Governor Richardson on October 29, 2008 and took office on November 1, 2008. She is up for retention election in 2010.[1]
Biography
Judge Vanzi received her undergraduate degree from Marymount College and her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law (1995).[1]
Legal career
Before she was appointed to the bench, Judge Vanzi worked as an attorney. Most of her cases dealt with civil rights, employment law, domestic relations, personal injury, or commercial law. She was appointed to the 2nd Judicial District Court in 2004, where she served until her appointment to the Court of Appeals.[1]
