Lorrie K. Ridder is a judge for the Thirtieth Judicial District in Tennessee. Judge Ridder is a Circuit Court judge in Memphis, Tennessee. She was appointed to the court by Governor Phil Bredesen following the 2009 death of Rita Stotts. [1]
