Loudon County is located within the Ninth Judicial District of Tennessee. The people of Loudon County are served by a Circuit Court, a General Sessions Court, a Juvenile Court, a Criminal Court and a Municipal Court.[1]

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee has jurisdiction in Loudon County. Appeals from the Eastern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
