Lynn Higby

Lynn Carlton Higby (1931-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Higby was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on June 14, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 4, 1979, and received commission the next day. He resigned on January 3, 1983.
