Madeline Cox Arleo is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was appointed to this position on December 28, 2000.[1][2]
Education
Judge Arleo earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and her Master's degree from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University. She then attended the Seton Hall University School of Law, where she received her law degree.[2]
Career
Judge Arleo began her legal experience as a law clerk to Marie Garibaldi of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She worked as a partner of the firm Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld & Barry prior to her appointment to the U.S. District Court in December of 2000. She was also associated with the firm Clapp & Eisenberg at this time.[2]
