Madison County is located within the Twenty Sixth Judicial District of Tennessee. The people of this county are served by a Circuit Court, a General Sessions Court, a Juvenile Court, Chancery Court and Municipal Courts.[1]

The United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee has jurisdiction in Madison County. Appeals from the Western District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
