Malcolm Lucas

Malcolm Millar Lucas (1927-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Lucas was nominated by President Richard Nixon on July 8, 1971, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 29, 1971, and received commission that same day. He served the Central District of California until his resignation on April 6, 1984.
