Mark A. Smith is a judge for the Superior Court of Hendrick's County in Indiana. He was elected to the court in 2006.[1]
Education
Smith received his BA from Indiana University in Bloomington and his JD from Indiana University's McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Smith worked in private practice law for eleven years, from 1992 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Smith served as a Master Commissioner on the Hendricks County court, and then as a Magistrate from 2005 until his election.[1]
2012 election
Smith ran unopposed in the 2012 election.[3][4]
