Mark F. Nielson is a judge for Racine County Municipal Court in Wisconsin. He has served in this position since July 2006. [1]

Judicial philosophy
My philosophy is that the process is by far more important than the outcome. A judge has done the job when the litigants have been given a fair opportunity to make their case and they realize they have been treated fairly. There are no broad policies or initiatives, just individual cases. [1]
Education
Nielsen received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Parkside in 1976 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1979. [1]
