Mark Falk is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was appointed to this position on March 1, 2002.[1]

Education

Judge Falk earned a B.A. degree from Antioch College and a J.D. degree from New York Law School.[2]

Career

Judge Falk began his career as a law clerk to Superior Court Assignment Judge John Demos. He then worked as a partner of the law firm Clapp & Eisenberg for 17 years. After that, he partnered with the firms Barry & McMoran and Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld & Barry.[2] He was appointed magistrate judge in 2002.
