Mark Hulsey is a judge for the Florida Fourth Circuit Court. He was elected on August 24, 2010 (effective in January of 2011) to a 6 year term that ends on January 2, 2017. He replaced retired Judge William A. Wilkes.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Hulsey received his B.A. in History from the University of Florida and his J.D. from George Mason University. He also received his M.A. degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.[5]

Career

Hulsey was in solo practice from 1990 to 2010.[5]

2010 election

Hulsey won the election in the primary, receiving 53.9% of the vote. He ran unopposed and was elected in the general election on November 2nd. [1]
