Mark May is a Utah Third Judicial District judge for Tooele County, Utah for the Courthouse of Tooele County of the Third District Juvenile Court.[1] Judge May was first appointed to this position in July 2007.[2]

Biography
May earned his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University in 1984. He went on to receive his JD from the University of Utah School of Law in 1989. He previously worked for the Utah Attorney General's Office as division chief of the Child Protection Division. He has also worked for the Office of the Guardian ad Litem and the firm of Moyle & Draper, P.C. May was appointed to the Third District Juvenile Court by Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. in July of 2007. He has served in that position since.[2]
