Mark Rindner is a superior court judge for the Third Judicial District in Anchorage, Alaska.[1] Rindner was appointed on October 20, 2000 by Governor Tony Knowles and is up for retention in 2016.[2]
Education
Judge Rindner attended the University of Pennsylvania for his Bachelor of Arts in 1971 and Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley for his Juris Doctor in 1978.[3][4]
Career
Rindner has been a Superior Court Judge for the State of Alaska at Anchorage since January, 2001. Prior to that he was the partner-in-charge of the Anchorage office of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP. He also was an associate for Munger, Tolles & Olson, an Assistant United States Attorney and a law clerk to the Honorable James M. Fitzgerald. [4][5]
2010 election
Rinder was retained in 2010.[6] The Alaska Judicial Council supported his retention. [7] [8] He is up for retention again in 2016.
